A Hatha Vinayasa infusion of fun, This is the big night !! Again open to all levels

WEDNESDAYS
 Cobo Community Centre 1.15-2.30pm
A Hatha Vinayasa Class with core intelligence woven through this one hour class

THURSDAYS
St Mary & St Michael School 6.15-7.45pm
A Hatha Vinayasa Class  open to all levels

SATURDAYs
