Caroline at Power Yoga has said you are welcome to join her class on Wednesday at Beaucamps Gym at the earlier time of 6pm. Please message her before on poweryoga@cwgsy.net.
Just a brief update that Tuesday lunchtimes are always open to new students and being covered by Jan Ozard. If you are new to this class please email Jan jozard@cwgsy.net. Think slow, dynamic movements with clean shapes.
It makes more sense while I have limited access to my computer that rather than sending emails the website will be updated on a weekly basis moving forward.

5. Leonie Corfield is also an amazing teacher and you can contact her here
6. I would highly recommend my Soul Sister Tristina & Michael's Roots to Wings Yoga platform. She has a fabulous admin team and there are every type of class from 5 mins to over an hour. She will be visiting the island later in the year and so it is a solid start to meeting my dear friend. You can access her huge library here.
I humbly ask that you be patient with me as I work out the new path. I will be teaching again soon but for now I leave it with the statement that the obstacles on the path are the path.
