WEDNESDAYS 
 Cobo Community Centre 1.15-2.30pm
A Hatha Vinayasa Class with core intelligence woven through this one hour class

THURSDAYS CLASS  
St Mary & St Michael School 6.15-7.45pm
A Hatha Vinayasa Class  open to all levels

SATURDAYS CLASS
